We are currently looking for ambitious people who are willing to start working as a Procurement Communications Agent.

Responsibilities:

• Active communication with IBM's suppliers via phone and e-mail
• Verifying incoming information from suppliers
• Answering suppliers' demands and questions
• Solving problems with supplies (for. ex. Delayed or missing payments, wrong invoices etc.)

Requirements:

• Excellent command in one of the following Western European languages - French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Danish, Finnish, Swedish
• Very good command in English
• Very good communication skills
• Attention to details
• Ability to manage own time and prioritize workload
